This is a puzzle card with two hidden cats in the picture. The reverse of the card states that Dr. Seth Arnold's Balsam is "a medicine warranted to cure. Money refunded after using one Bottle if not Satisfactory." It cures bowel complaints, diarrhea, dysentery, cholera infantum, cholera morbus, and colic. Testimonials are included. The price is 25 cents, 50 cents, and $1.00. Gilman Bros., Proprietors, Boston.
