Abstract:
If Governor Pat McCrory wins the upcoming election, it would leave the Republicans in total command of the three branches of state government. Bernie Sanders was brought to a halt as Hillary Clinton racked up big wins in North Carolina, Florida, and Ohio during last week’s primaries.
