Description: Heirs of Dougald MacMillan survey map depicting Tract 1 of the Dugald MacMillan Estate along Topsail Sound in Pender County, North Carolina created by Robert H. Goslee R.L.S. of Wilmington, N.C. The land was part of the former Sloop Point Plantation. The survey map shows 13 lots to be given to Dougald MacMillan's heirs and is accompanied by a list with the names of those 13 heirs with their hometowns, their lot numbers, and parts included. Also included is a handwritten note by Robert T. MacMillan.
