The "show trials" of three pastors whose punishment was used as examples by Chinese authorities is described at length. Also described is the imprisonment of Christian pastors and missionaries, the execution and imprisonment of Chinese Christians, secret correspondence between Christians in the area, and military occupation of Christian property.
