Description: This is the complete clinical laboratory module for a forward combat hospital (MUST) from the Vietnam War era. It includes a battery operated hematocrit centrifuge, hemoglobinometer, chemicals, hand operated centrifuge, preparation equipment as well as the lightweight field microscope. It is packed in three hard cases, which fit into a nylon bag intended for transport in a truck or helicopter. The bag is marked 091 Med, probably the 91st Evacuation Hospital, which was located in Chu Lai Vietnam from 1969-1971.
