Description: The front of the card depicts a boy in blue and white and a girl in red, white and yellow reading a sign posted on a brick wall that reads “Use Kilbourne’s Pain Stop”. The reverse of the card gives the proper usage conditions of Kilbourne’s Pain Stop topical, and oral medication. This drug could be used for local pains in joints, toothaches, colds and chills, cramps and colic, and cholera morbus. The card advises that the recommended doses are for adults and smaller portions should be used for children. The price of “Kilbourne's Pain Stop” was 25 cents and made by Auburn Drug and Chemical Company, in Auburn, ME and sold by all druggists and dealers in medicines.
