The front of this card depicts a black and white sketch of a woman talking on the telephone to her husband, who is portrayed by a monkey. The capton reads at the top "Yes, Hubby, I recognized your dear voice", and continued at the bottom by "And I want you to bring home some of Mitchell's Rheumatic Plasters, I find them the best remedy for my old chronic rheumatism, as they stop all pain at once."
