The current landscape for buying a home in Charlotte is both confusing and sometimes contradictory. there is no one silver bullet that can solve the problem. According to the author of tis sketch, the last two years have given in to an inflation of the housing market, the outcome of too many buyers withvery cheap money seeking too few homes.
