Description
An invitation to the 2009 Tyson family reunion. Front of the card shows a sepia-toned portrait-style photograph of a man in a suit and a woman wearing glasses and a pearl necklace. Typed caption underneath the photo identifies the woman as Mary Elizabeth Willoughby 1876-1946 and the man as Charles L. Tyson 1865-1931 and states they were married in 1893. Handwriting on the top interior of the card: "Mary Elizabeth Willoughby, 3-24-1876, 12-27-1945, daughter of Ruel Willoughby, Carolina Cobb; Charles Lee Tyson, 10-29-1865, 10-14-1931, married 2-14-1894." Typed invitation on the bottom interior of the card:: "Tyson Family Reunion, Saturday, April 4, 2009, First Baptist Church Fellowship Hall..." Handwritten message on the back of the card: "Parents of Janie Tyson McLawhorn." Below that message is a typed business logo for "Solutions by Faye, faye@solutionsbyfaye.com, Ayden, NC." Date based on year of family reunion invitation.
