The Nelson County Board of Education agrees to furnish bus transportation,
including drivers, to the Institute of Outdoor Drama, according to the following
schedule:
Friday, October 25
9:00 - 9:15am Holiday Inn to Federal Hill (State Park)
6:00 6:15pm Rotunda (State Park) to Holiday Inn
7315 7:30pm Holiday Inn to My Old Kentucky Dinner Train Depot
10:15 10:30pm Train Depot to Holiday Inn
NOTE: In case of inclement weather, all afternoon events, including the lunch,
will be held in the Nelson County Civic Center. Bus transportation will
be required from the J. Dan Talbott Amphitheatre to the Civic Center at
11:45am, and from the Civic Center to the Holiday Inn at 6:00pm.
Saturday, October 26
3:00 - 5:30pm Holiday Inn - Bardstown Historical Museum/Museum of Whiskey
History/St. Joseph Proto-Cathedral - Jim Beam - Holiday Inn
We understand that the Institute will be charged for two drivers for two days.
The cost will be figured at the rate of $8.23/hour x 2 drivers x 6 hours for
Friday, October 25, totaling $98.76. The cost for Saturday, October 26 will be
figured at the rate of $8.23/hour x 2 drivers x 2.5 hours, totaling $41.15. The
total cost for 2 drivers for two days will be $139.91. The Institute will also
be charged for 2 buses for two days at a cost of $25.00 per day per bus, for a
total cost of $100.00.
Upon receipt of an itemized invoice no later than November 11, 1991, the
Institute will forward payment in the amount of $239.91 to the Nelson County

delegates during the 1991 National Conference on Outdoor Drama, to be held in
Bardstown October 24-27,

make certain we are in agreement regarding the arrangements for Friday, October
25 and Saturday, October 26. I have enclosed a copy of the full conference
schedule for your information.
