This is to officially invite you to serve as a panel member on the program of the
1991 National Conference on Outdoor Drama sponsored by the Institute of Outdoor
Dramae The conference will be held October 24-27 in Bardstown, KY, home of Paul
Green??Ts The Stephen Foster Story. Local host will be the Stephen Foster Drama
Association.

The panel you will participate in, entitled "Community Relations: A Case Study",

is scheduled for 1:15pm until 2:30pm on Satruday, October 26, at The Holiday Inn.
Bert Ballard will be contacting you to discuss organization and content for the
session, but if you have questions in the meantime, please feel free to give him
a call.

Joining you on the panel will be Alice Heaton, superintendent of My Old Kentucky
Home State Park, and Greg Davis, executive director of the Bardstown/Nelson
County Tourist Commission.

Thank you for agreeing to serve on this important panel. I have enclosed a copy
of the conference schedule which has already gone to press. You will be
receiving the conference brochure in early September.
