The letter expresses Anderson's appreciation of Captain Bryan R. Colbert's presentation at the FMFLant Quarterly Aviation Supply and Maintenance Officers Conference on September 21, 1971. Attached is Smith's letter congratulating Colbert and enclosing the letter of appreciation.
