- Dr. William A. Graham's notes on the family background and medical history of his patient, O'Berry Ashley, at Watts Hospital in Durham, N.C. The patient was treated between 26 July and 3 October 1907. The collection is comprised of Dr. William A. Graham's report of a typhoid cholecystitis (gall bladder) operation and his patient's recovery. Graham assembled the report as an illustration of typhoid fever as an acute infection of the gall bladder.
