Advertisement for The Best Tonic depicting a portrait of a lovely woman dressed in a black high neck dress with a brooch. Outside sources indicate the portrait is of Mrs. Grover Cleveland. In tiny writing in the lower left corner is: Julius Bien & Co., Lith., N.Y. In the lower right corner is the company logo: Copyrighted and Published by The Phil Best Brewing Co., Milwaukee, Wis. Specialty Department. The reverse of the card states that "The Best Tonic, a delicious liquid extract of malt and hops gives strength to the weak, sleep to the nervous, power to the brain, health to the dyspeptic, ecstasy to the epicure." Testimonial included. Price is 25 cents each.
