Description: Telegram from Arctic explorer Vilhjalmur Stefansson to Inglis Fletcher. In the telegram, Stefansson references the accusation made against Ada Blackjack that she tore 10 pages out of the diary of Lorne Knight, her companion on the failed Wrangel Island Expedition. Stefansson appears to accept the denial by Blackjack, but asks Fletcher to ask Blackjack whether she thought Knight tore out the pages before his death. Knight died during the expedition with Blackjack being the sole survivor.
