Description: Several recordings on film spliced together. (early 1970s)- Very short clip of unknown man, very short clip of woman holding a paper bag outside wearing an overcoat, short clip of parade ground with Air Force ROTC administrator talking to a young female report. (early 1970s)- Hand painted sign "East Carolina University - Division of Continuing Education". Very short clip of what appears to be a female Air Force ROTC cadet; color, n.d. (early 1970s)- Test tubes, man at desk (looks like a faculty member) who appears to be holding three leafs of marijuana (confederate flag in background and on desk); color, n.d.
