Maddox was a member of Morgan's staff serving as an assistant when Morgan was head of the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation. The interview was intended to be used for a documentary on Senator Morgan. Originally stored on a DVD and labeled Morgan 04/13/12, presumably, the date of the interview. Interviewed by W. W.
