Description: Black and white photographic negatives of U.S. Navy Net Tender Holly, Hull #461, under construction at Marietta Manufacturing Company, Point Pleasant, W. Va. Images are taken from the front quarter, back quarter, and slightly above and to the side of the stern. The hull, superstructure, and deck fittings appear mostly complete, and the hull has been painted white above the waterline and a darker color below.
