Includes: appraisal (1963) by George M. West, Real Estate Appraiser; Parcel Appraisal Report (1964) by W. Calvin Reynolds, SRA; Parcel Appraisal Report (1962) by D.G. Nichols, Realtor; and Parcel Appraisal Report (1966) by W. Calvin Reynolds, SRA. Included in the reports are photographs of the house. The property was purchased and the house demolished as part of the Shore Drive Redevelopment Project meant to "revitalize" Greenville's downtown area, but which broke up a vibrant African American community and displaced over 250 African American families in the name of economic development.
