Description: Ceramic: sculptural by Holly Leigh Humphlett for Summer 2011 in ART2105. Clay, acrylic paint. Bone remains are one method of identification. I chose to create 3 main body parts to complete this piece. I created a rib cage, pelvis, and 2 femur bones. I chose these specific bones to sculpt in clay because they best lent themselves to this medium.
