Description: Ceramic: sculptural by Katie P. Pritchard for Summer 2012 in ART3120. Metal: copper. A large ceramic Manta Ray boat replica from my childhood boating experiences. This is the same color and boat that my parents owned when I was a child and the boat we would ride in during the summer to enjoy water sports. Our second tube that we would borrow from my uncle is leaning up against the boat. We would attach a second tube to the side of the boat when we would go out in case a second person would like to tube at the same time. I tried to make this look as realistic as possible.
