Description: Audio tape with a description of the production of the play Cry of the Wild Ram by playwright Frank Brink. Brink's play tells the story of Alexander Baranof between 1790 and 1819 in the Russian-American colony of Alaska. The audio here consists of a description of the origin of outdoor theatre in Kodiak, Alaska, followed by a description of the methods used to build the natural amphitheater there, a synopsis of the Cry of the Wild Ram, and a description of the cast, props, and costumes.This presentation was put on by the producers of the play, a volunteer group known as Kodiak [Branaugh?] Productions Incorporated. The original presentation was enhanced with slides showing images of subjects discussed. 7" reel. Length of side one is 44:04 and side two is 49.35. Date approximated.
