The Joel Lane House, built in 1769, is a historic restored home and museum located in Raleigh, North Carolina; and is named for colonist Joel Lane. Moores Creek is a Revolutionary War era battlefield in Pender County, North Carolina that was established as a National Military Park in 1926 and was designated as a National Battlefield in 1980.
