This item has 25 slots with 23 teeth with varying shades (manufacturer's numbers 26-50). Two are missing and it is not possible to tell which numbers are missing because of metal corrosion. Front reads: "DETACHABLE TOOTH SHADE, THE S.S. WHITE DENTAL MFG., PHILADELPHIA, PA, PATENTED DEC 12 1916 UNITED STATES OF AMERICA".
