Description: Dermatologic stereoview card. Front of card depicts two views of a man’s face and neck. The man has grey hair and a beard. He is wearing a shirt and suit. The man’s face and neck seem to be covered with Eczema Erythematosum Faciei. The reverse of the card describes the dermatologic conditions as well as the diagnosis and treatment. The face of adults is the most common site of eczema erythematous. The condition may be limited at first to one region,as the forehead or eyelids, but usually sooner or later the disease extends over the greater part of the face, and sometimes down the neck. Treatment in acute stages employed lotions and pastes made up of calamine, zinc oxid and boric acid or tar.
