Description: Dermatologic stereoview card. Front of card depicts two views of an infant in a white cap and matching dress. The child’s face is almost entirely covered with a combination of erythema, papules, vesicles and pustules from Eczema Chronicum Infantum. The reverse of the card describes the dermatologic conditions as well as the diagnosis and treatment. During the treatment emphasis was placed on regulating the bowels and diet. Use of water on or near the affected region was prohibited. Eczema Chronicum Infantum may also be known as Crusta lactea, Eczema pustulocrustosum or Milk crusts.
