Description: Dermatologic stereoview card. Front of card depicts a person with Atrophia Cutis Idiopathica on the knees and lower extremities and the superficial veins showing through with remarkable clearness. The reverse of the card describes the dermatologic conditions as well as the diagnosis and treatment. In this disease there is a progressive thinning of the integument. The skin becomes dry, smooth, and inelastic and exceedingly thin over large areas. It begins upon the limbs, usually at their distal extremities, and advances very slowly, as a rule, for months or years. There was no specific treatment.
