She is dancing while an old man is sitting in a chair and playing an accordion. The heading is: "Horsford's Acid Phosphate For Mental & Physical Exhaustion, Dyspepsia, &c." At the bottom is stated: "It Makes A Delicious Drink with water and sugar only." In tiny print at the very bottom is: Schumacher & Ettlinger, New York. The reverse of the card states that Horsford’s Acid Phosphate also treats indigestion, headache, nervousness, hysteria, and night sweats of consumption and "has also gained prominence as a useful agent to employ in cholera." It is prepared according to the directions of Prof. E. N. Horsford, of Cambridge, Mass. Rumford Chemical Works, Providence, R.I.
