The bottom lower left states: "Compliments of Scott & Bowne, Manufacturers of Scott's Emulsion, the great remedy for children". On the lower right in very tiny print is: The Giles Company, Lith., N.Y. The reverse of the card states: "Scott's Emulsion of Cod Liver Oil with the Hypophosphites, the remedy so well known all over the world, is a most wonderful food medicine." It is a remedy for consumption, colds, and coughs.
