The reverse of the card states that Ayer's Ague Cure is a purely vegetable bitter and powerful tonic, and is, ... cure for all malarial disorders. It neutralizes and expels malarial poison, contains no quinine or any mineral ingredients, and is safe and harmless. It is also an excellent remedy for liver complaints.
