Description: The front of the card displays the face of a young girl with curly hair in the center of the card. The text at top of the reads “Schenck’s Mandrake Pills” and under the girl’s face is “For all Bilious Complaints”. The reverse of the card states the pill ingredients as vegetables, and that they work directly upon the liver and for headaches and indigestion. This drug was prepared by J.H. Schenck & Son of Philadelphia and sold by all druggiest.
