Description: Advertisement for Thermaline depicting a bouquet of flowers surrounded by a fancy border. The reverse of the card states that Thermaline is “a carefully prepared combination of the active principals of Calisaya Bark, and a species of the Fever Tree of Australia.” It is recommended as by physicians as “the best substitute yet known” for quinine. This tonic is a remedy for malaria, liver complaint, dyspepsia, general debility, rheumatism, neuralgia, sick headache and other problems. The price is 25 cents per box of capsulets. It is manufactured by Dundas Dick & Co. of New York City. At the bottom in red is “Presented by Fred A. Woodard, Apothecary,” Worcester, Mass.
