Description: Jar is rectangular, clear, colorless glass with a wide mouth. Glass stopper with flat top and wide rim base rest in bottle mouth. Inset glass label on front of jar has “P. Pot. Chl.” printed diagonally across. Label decorated with thin gold band border and two, angled ray designs. Jar contains original white powder, potassium chloride.
