Ms. Rogers briefly describes her childhood and schooling in Faith, N.C., near Salibury, and how her interest in occupational therapy led her to apply to ECU. She describes classes, dorm and social life, student organizations, particularly the sign language club, and her work with deaf students. She details her experience at ECU during Hurricane Floyd, in 1999. Interviewer: Martin Tschetter.
