Winslow's various business enterprises were headquartered in Tarboro, North Carolina. Though established in Tarboro, Winslow did business throughout the area, including the counties of Sampson, Edgecombe, Nash, Martin, Halifax and Wilson, as well as in the cities of Greenville and Rocky Mount.
