This collection (1823-1999) contains the papers of Robert "Bob" Boyd Robinson III. Robinson, born in 1948 in Halifax County, N.C., was a member of various groups including the Sons of the Revolution in the State of North Carolina. His papers include materials related to various families of Northeastern North Carolina and Southeastern Virginia.

Willard and Daisy Rowe Papers (1963-2006) contain newsletters,clippings, publications and a poster documenting the work of the Evangelical Baptist Mission in Franklin County, North Carolina, and in Guatemala.

Two minute books (September 1874-January 1949) for the Conoho Primitive Baptist Church that was located near Oak City, Martin County, North Carolina. The church was founded in 1794 by former members of Flat Swamp Church. The church building was torn down ca. 1970, leaving a cemetery still in existence.

Collection consists of essays written on September 12, 2001, by nineteen students as an assignment in East Carolina University Professor Karin L. Zipf's "Women in American History Class," describing their reactions to the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center buildings in New York, NY, and the Pentagon in Arlington, VA.

Records (1888-1995, undated) of Roanoke Island Baptist Church, including copies of deeds and plat, correspondence, church histories, newsletter, and church manuscript record volumes, including minutes of conference minutes, treasurer's reports, Sunday School treasurer's reports, Women's Missionary Society.

This collection contains eight 8" by 6" photographs (ca. 1910) mounted on cardboard taken by an unknown photographer of identified buildings, street scenes and the Confederate Monument in Windsor, N.C. The photographs were probably taken for Grady T. Davis, Sr.

Originally from New York, the Rodmans married into the prominent Blount family in Beaufort County, NC. The Rodmans also held local and state government offices and were judges.

Contained in the collection are notebooks, pamphlets, photographs and negatives from Boice's time at the University of Pennsylvania and his career afterwards.

Criminal Docket 2 ledger (7/7/1925 - 12/15/1938), including cases 1738 - 3325, of such violations as larceny, drunk and disorderly, receiving, selling, having possession of liquor, operating automobile while intoxicated, assault, assault with deadly weapon (ADW), committing crime with weapon (CCW), etc., listing defendants by race.
