Papers (1905-1913, undated) consisting of correspondence, a letter copy book, photographs, picture post cards, brands of tobacco, etc. related to Halifax Co, North Carolina, native Quentin Gregory's work in China with the British-American Tobacco Company. Also included is a memoir written by his son Thomas Wynns Gregory in 2013 about life growing up and living as an adult in Halifax, N.C.

Michael J. Zagray was a cook aboard a U.S. Naval vessel during the early 1960s. The collection spans the years 1954-1963. It includes 69 black and white, 8" x 10" photographic prints and 3 mimeographed typescripts on the United Nations Command Military Armistice Commission meetings held at MAC HQ Area, Korea, in 1963 and 1 mimeographed typescript on "Unusual Joint Duty Officers' Meetings" from 1 January 1954 to 1 October 1963.

The collection includes correspondence, minutes, programs, lists, dues information, journal reprints and articles, newsletters, receipts, clippings, reports, and photographs. Addition of January 2017 includes programs, newsletters, photographs, books, articles, clippings, deceased members files, Country Doctor Museum and East Carolina University alliance, and transcription project of the Country Doctor Museum oral histories.

This collection (1850-1988) includes records pertaining to Whitaker's Chapel, a Methodist Church near Enfield in Northeastern North Carolina, and minutes (1848-1939) of the Methodist Protestant Church's Roanoke Circuit to which it belonged.

Papers (ca. 1923-1978, undated [bulk: 1955-1975]) of a prominent Greenville, North Carolina attorney and Democratic Party activist, who served as administrative assistant to U. S. Senator Samuel J. Ervin, Jr., 1955-1975, notably during the Watergate Scandal, and including personal, social, business and political files, photographic prints, and oversized materials relating to his life in Washington, DC, and North Carolina. Also contains information related to the life of his wife Marie Hardee Spain, a Greenville, North Carolina, native.

This collection includes a Wedding Anniversary Scrapbook (ca. 1940-1996) kept by Lawrence White and Florence Hines White of Hope Plantation located on Washington Post Road in New Bern, North Carolina; digital images of the images in a photograph album created by the donor which documents the lives of Lawrence and Florence White of Hope Plantation and their families; and digital images of plantation chits related to farms in the Washington Post Road area. Also included are farm record books (1944, 1948) and related documents (1943-1950).
