Papers of William Alexander Percy (2016) concerning the wealthy Greenville, Mississippi-raised planter, lawyer, noted poet and memoirist, whose father, Leroy Percy, served as U. S. Senator from Mississippi, 1910-1913; consisting of loose manuscript items transferred from the Stuart Wright Book Collection volume of Percy's poems, entitled Enzio's Kingdom and Other Poems; also Stuart Wright's note that he gave the book to commemorate George Core's retirement as editor of Sewanee Review (2016); also Stuart Wright's email correspondence with Percy's biographer, Benjamin E. Wise, and East Carolina University faculty members, Thomas Douglass, and Maurice C. York regarding Wise's collection of works by Percy (2016).

This collection contains administrative records, committee minutes and records, materials pertaining to events and programs sponsored by the Student Union, and records that pertain to the construction and renovation of Mendenhall Student Center and Wright Auditorium.

Items (1928-1941) related to Greenville, NC, resident James Howard Moye; and items (1955) related U.S. Coast Guard rescues in North Carolina. The Zion's Landmark Vol. 23, No. 7 and Vol. 32, No. 7 (10/15/1890 and 2/15/1899) periodical published semi-monthly by Zion's Landmark Print, Wilson, North Carolina (Primitive, or Old School Baptist) that was in the collection has since been transferred to the North Carolina Collection as of 2022.

This collection contains records (1904-2024) of St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Greenville, North Carolina, including correspondence, memos, financial records, reports, minutes, programs, newsletters and publications. Also included are photographs, documents, research notes, and other materials related to the 2013 church history "The People of St. Paul's: Happenings and Memories, 1700-2013" edited by Ann Harrison.

This collection includes a Wedding Anniversary Scrapbook (ca. 1940-1996) kept by Lawrence White and Florence Hines White of Hope Plantation located on Washington Post Road in New Bern, North Carolina; digital images of the images in a photograph album created by the donor which documents the lives of Lawrence and Florence White of Hope Plantation and their families; and digital images of plantation chits related to farms in the Washington Post Road area. Also included are farm record books (1944, 1948) and related documents (1943-1950).

Collection (1837-1985, undated) including photocopies of correspondence, deeds, receipts, statements, ledgers, bills of lading, license, reports, bulletins, genealogical, retail merchandising, letters etc.

Papers (1862-1916) of a private in the 5th Minnesota Volunteers, 1862-1864, who was present at the siege of Vicksburg, MS and who later became a farmer, consisting of correspondence, military orders, newspapers clippings, a farm journal, ledger books, genealogical material, poetry, letters, etc.

This collection contains the New Map of Palestine (1845) based mainly on the maps and drawings of Robinson and Smith with corrections and additions by Rev. Dr. Robinson, the 1808 Price-Strother Map also known as the First Actual Survey of North Carolina, and Messenger Handbook for 1879, which includes Goldsboro Messenger Map of North Carolina.

Papers (1963-2010) of East Carolina University History professor, 1969-2001, including correspondence; teaching notes and course syllabi for ECU History courses; drafts and manuscripts of papers, and publications; conference travel materials and professional association materials; lectures materials; University and History Department committees and activity files; materials concerning his education; and materials related to his participation in the Lutheran Church. English and German language.

Copies of letters (1920-1922) written by WIlliam Wooten to his future bride Pattie Bruce Wooten during their two year courtship while he was finishing up medical school and serving a residency at Wilson Sanatorium, Wilson, North Carolina. Later material (1923-1965) documenting their married life includes photographs, memo books, programs, and architectural drawings and blueprints for houses and a bus station (1941) in Greenville, North Carolina.

Papers (1853-1946, 1962) consisting of correspondence, legal records, financial records, business memos, receipts, reports, photographs, clippings and miscellaneous related to a family of tobacconists living in Lynchburg, Virginia, and then settling in Greenville, North Carolina.
