The Herman H. Duncan Collection consists of seven photographic prints (1921–1922, undated) depicting Greenville High School athletic teams and unidentified baseball teams in eastern North Carolina. Included are group portraits of the football, basketball, track and field, and baseball teams from Greenville High School, as well as images of unidentified teams, one possibly from New Bern, North Carolina. The photographs document early 20th-century high school athletics and local sports culture in Pitt County and surrounding areas.

Includes medical school class notes, medical licenses, patient notes, account books, certificates, diplomas, and photographs.

The collection includes annual course catalogs, summer session catalogs, graduate school catalogs, and special topic bulletins.

Papers (1947-1960) including correspondence, references concern Bible, auditing of books, school events, receipts, pilgrims, and miscellaneous.

Papers of physician C.H. Brantley (1860 – 1942). The papers consist mainly of a medical school photograph with cadaver and prescription slips.

This collection includes photographs and programs from Flythe's time at Rex Hospital School of Nursing, Rex Hospital, and Wake Medical Center.

Papers of preacher, physician, and dentist Greenbury Crisfield Beeks, including correspondence, medical school documents, drug preparation recipes, and a biography.

Papers of physician Hassell Brantley consisting mainly of personal class notes, list of medical school graduates, and transcriptions of some of the notes.

Notebook of school mathematic equations, specifically in the education of multiplication. Also included are financial problems and solutions and a poem by Presley Carter Person.
