Army artillery officer in World War I and World War II, who served as commander of the 57th Philippine Scouts and regimental commander, experienced the Bataan Death March and was a POW until 1945. The collection does not include the originals, but facsimiles of Lilly's military records, correspondence, clippings, a hymnal, letters, and photographs.
