This collection contains the annual reports of University Advancement.

Joseph Hewes, William Hooper, and John Penn signed the Declaration of Independence in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on July 4, 1776. All three men were delegates of North Carolina at varying times between 1774-1777. The collection spans 1925-1926 and includes two photographic prints and two letter correspondence. The strength of the collection are the photographic prints of two of the three North Carolina Declaration of Independence Signers and biographical notes.

The School of Nursing Administrative Records include reports, degree proposals, announcements, brochures, publications, dean's files, and information regarding the honor society.

This collection is comprised of annual reports, faculty minutes, American Chemical Society accreditation reports, correspondence, course proposals, publications, Southern Association of Colleges and Schools documents, self-study evaluations, and unit codes for the Department of Chemistry.

Papers (1863, 1946-1967) including correspondence, speeches, news releases, pamphlets, etc. relating to a local leader in the Ku Klux Klan in Eastern North Carolina.

This collection consists of records (1968-1971) such as minutes, monthly reports, correspondence, and clippings related to the founding of the Coastal Plain Mental Health Advisory Board, later called the Pitt County Mental Health Authority. Also included are newsletters (1979, 1988-1993), personnel listings, brochures, an annual report (1983/1984), and retirement related items (1997) related to Dr. Stephen K. Creech's 23-year tenure as Area Director of the Pitt County Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities and Substance Abuse Center in Greenville, North Carolina.

This collection contains James L. White's materials from his time stationed in Japan while serving in World War II.

Collection contains mainly material related to the African American Navy Band members who served at the Great Lakes Naval Base during World War II (1942-1945). This material includes programs and related material from the February 28-March 2, 2003, salute to these African American band members that was held in Chicago, Illinois, and from former band member Carl Foster's participation in a symposium sponsored by the North Carolina Museum of History in 2003. Other material includes programs (1987) for concerts by the North Carolina Jazz Ensemble and a 1945 USO Hawaii booklet. A second focus of this collection is on the lives of Alex Albright's family members including uncles on his mother's side and their involvement with the CCC (Civilian Conservation Corps) and World War II service and death.

This collection contains minutes from several eastern North Carolina Primitive Baptist churches including Mill Branch (1882-1998) and Nashville (1896-1983) churches in Nash County, Briery Swamp Church (1991-2006), and Kehukee (1971-1994) and Contentnea (October 1985) Primitive Baptist Associations. Other records include expense accounts and correspondence for Mill Branch Church; Bible records for the Barnhill family; correspondence and publications relating to a schism (1979) between Elder David Spangler and Brethren Eldon Gilbert and St. Clair Graham of Ontario, Canada; forms and clippings related to the Norfolk and Briery Creek Associations; and miscellaneous items.

Records (1910-1956) including correspondence, financial records, minutes, legal papers, estate records, World War I and II, pamphlets, and miscellaneous.

Brief history of ECU English Professor Alice Lucille Turner's involvement (1929-1948) with the Greenville (North Carolina) Chapter of the AAUW, photocopies of scrapbook newspaper clippings (1932-1936) about the Greenville Chapter, and material produced by the National Office (1929-1963) to be disseminated to the chapters.
