Rev. Ivey James Wall, Jr. was born on May 16, 1938, in Craven County, NC. The collection spans 1960-2005 and includes files, notebooks, and photocopies of genealogical research related to Greenville, Pitt County, and Eastern North Carolina.

This collection contains digital material related to the historic revitalization of downtown New Bern, North Carolina, by the Swiss Bear Downtown Development Corporation covering the period 1979-2014. Digital material includes both digitized and born-digital material.

The four month stay in Cuba of the 1st Battalion, 1st North Carolina Volunteers, from December 1898 through March 1899 is documented in these sixty amateur albumen photographs with captions. The photographs are 3 1/2" x 3 3/8" in 5 1/2" x 5 1/2" mounts. The soldiers arrived in Havana, Cuba, the day after the Treaty of Paris was signed ending the Spanish American War.

Expressions magazine seeks to provide a forum for minority students to explore societal themes which constitute the focus of each issue. Expressions contains essays, poetry, and artwork intended to spark discussions between self-identified minorities and the mainstream student body. It is managed by the Student Media Board.
