This collection contains a disassembled scrapbook created by Dr. F.M. Simmons Patterson. It is composed of photographs, correspondence, writings, publications, and other documentation of his career.

Four notebooks by Millard D. Hill on radiology, fractures, preventive medicine, nervous and mental diseases, and neurological surgery.

Papers (1918-1919) that include letters, diaries, and a group photograph of World War I soldiers. Papers detail Earl Johnson's wartime experiences during World War I that includes descriptions of training and combat in Europe.

Diary written by Edward L. Williams, while serving in the United States Marine Corps, describing his voyage, aboard the USS Alaska, to the European Station under the command of Captain Samuel "Powhatan" and under the direct supervision of Captain W. R. Brown, including their cruise along the Italian coast , frequent port calls, shipboard life, behavior of sailors, and his friendships and acquaintances among the ship's crew.
