This collection contains materials compiled and published by the Burroughs Wellcome Genealogy Club of Greenville, NC. The club, founded by Jean Marie Duff, was associated with the Burroughs Wellcome Fund in Triangle Park, NC. Included in the collection are family Bible records from 23 families in the eastern states.

This collection (ca. 1960s to ca. 1990s) consists of about ten cubic feet of photographs, slides, contact prints, proofs and negatives of images made by Lindsay "Stuart" Savage while he was a photographer for the Daily Reflector newspaper in Greenville, North Carolina. He retired from the Daily Reflector, after serving in many capacities, in 2009, fifty years from the day he was hired there as a news reporter.

Papers (1866-1874, 1899-1964) including correspondence, diaries, daybooks, reports, certificates, photographs, manuals, clippings, an army register, notebooks, etc.

Papers (1969-1984) including 4 research papers, 1 master's thesis, statistics on ratios of blacks and whites, etc.

Records (1955-1994, undated) of architectural firm, Dudley & Shoe Architecture, Greenville, NC. Contains 376 items including blueprints, photos, images, and other documents developed by the firms founders.

Administrative records of The William E. Laupus Health Sciences Library includes papers, publications, and photographs.

This collection contains materials about the administration of Steven Ballard.

The collection includes correspondence, minutes, programs, lists, dues information, journal reprints and articles, newsletters, receipts, clippings, reports, and photographs. Addition of January 2017 includes programs, newsletters, photographs, books, articles, clippings, deceased members files, Country Doctor Museum and East Carolina University alliance, and transcription project of the Country Doctor Museum oral histories.

This collection contains portions of two ledger books (1910-1930s) and one complete ledger book (1950s-1960s) documenting the church membership rolls of and claims payments made to the Conference by members of the Invitation AME Zion Church in Greene County, North Carolina. Also included are some birth, death, and marriage records, especially in the two older ledgers.

Collection (1862-1994) containing correspondence, service records, photographic prints, newspapers, newsletters and clippings, scrapbook, publications, pamphlets and other miscellaneous papers relating to the American Civil War, the Spanish American War, World War I and World War II; also relating to the U.S. Navy, its ships, stations, and personnel; donated by various individuals to the U. S. Naval Memorial Foundation and transferred to its collection at various times; arranged in original order.

Collection contains mainly material related to the African American Navy Band members who served at the Great Lakes Naval Base during World War II (1942-1945). This material includes programs and related material from the February 28-March 2, 2003, salute to these African American band members that was held in Chicago, Illinois, and from former band member Carl Foster's participation in a symposium sponsored by the North Carolina Museum of History in 2003. Other material includes programs (1987) for concerts by the North Carolina Jazz Ensemble and a 1945 USO Hawaii booklet. A second focus of this collection is on the lives of Alex Albright's family members including uncles on his mother's side and their involvement with the CCC (Civilian Conservation Corps) and World War II service and death.

Papers (1927-1969, undated) including correspondence, memoirs, reports, flight records, flight log, speeches, etc. relating to the career of pioneer aviator and US Army Air Corps general during and after World War II.

Personal records (1935-2000) of U.S. Naval officer, U.S. Naval Academy Class of 1941, including orders, reports, correspondence, photographs, and miscellany.
