The WVOT (Radio Station: Wilson, N.C.) Collection is a scrapbook (1947-1948) containing identified photographs and newspaper clippings documenting the organization and early development of a private radio station in Wilson, N.C. At the time, Wilson was well-known for its tobacco warehouses. The photographs depict the station's founders and special events involving the radio station as well as views of Wilson and its tobacco warehouses and business district.

Papers (1899-2020) consisting of programs, correspondence, newspaper clippings, minutes, club histories, invitation, eulogies, a scrapbook and miscellaneous items concerning the End of the Century Book Club in Greenville, North Carolina.

This collection contains a journal (November 21, 1894 – February 28, 1896) kept by Gilbert Smith Galbraith while he was serving as a U.S. Naval Cadet on board the USS Columbia. The USS Columbia was a Second Line Cruiser first commissioned on April 23, 1894, serving in the U.S. Navy until it was sold for scrap on January 23, 1922. Galbraith includes detailed technical descriptions of the ship and its components along with diagrams, blueprints, scale plans, maps, photographic prints, cyanotypes and various ephemera. Additionally, Galbraith records the ship's activities from November 21, 1894, to February 28, 1896.

Papers (1817-1902) consisting of deeds, receipts, clipping, account book, tintype, and a transfer of land related to Lenoir Co., North Carolina.

Todd containing awards for his service at ECU, information about the establishment of the Richard and Clauda Todd endowment, postcards, and materials from his alma mater Millersville State Teachers College, and materials in relation to his publication Confederate Finance.

Four notebooks by Millard D. Hill on radiology, fractures, preventive medicine, nervous and mental diseases, and neurological surgery.

Papers (1918-1919) that include letters, diaries, and a group photograph of World War I soldiers. Papers detail Earl Johnson's wartime experiences during World War I that includes descriptions of training and combat in Europe.

Collection (1950 - 2011), including correspondence, photographic prints, ephemera, subject files and published materials, relating to Democratic Party politics in North Carolina and Washington, DC, especially Leggett's activities as chief of staff for Robert B. Morgan, who was Attorney General of North Carolina and U. S. Senator, 1970-1980.

Elias Carr (1839-1900) of Edgecombe County, a member of the Democratic Party, was the governor of North Carolina (1893-1897) and president of the N.C. State Farmers' Alliance and Industrial Union (1889-1892).
