Aaron Lucier was one of the co-presidents of Down East Pride which was established in 1994 in Greenville, North Carolina. This collection (1995-1999) includes event calendars, financial statements, clippings, and marketing materials for Down East Pride events; programs for the Down East Pride Festivals; issues of their publication The Down East Voice and of GROW's Backgrounds, one issue of The Front Page and other newsletters and announcements related to the LGBT Community in North Carolina.

Collection of physical material documenting the organization Women for Women of Pitt County, North Carolina (2005 2024). The collection includes newsletters, promotional materials, photographs, and organizational documents, such as member records and bylaws.

Grant, a teacher in Bloemfontein, South Africa during and after the Boer War; the correspondence continued when Miss Grant (now Mrs. Georgie A, Lamptough) moved to England in 1913, and includes commentary on World War I; photographs, a contract, teaching certificates, pension certificate.

Papers (1898-1946, undated) including correspondence, newspapers, notes, programs, etc. compiled by a teacher in the English Department of East Carolina Teachers Training School.

Wilbur (1983-1992 [Bulk: 1984]) documenting the life and literary career of the American short story writer and editor, who is the daughter of American poet laureate, Richard Wilbur; including manuscript correspondence, typescripts, unbound proofs, bound proofs, and loose manuscripts transferred from the Stuart Wright Book Collection, primarily concerning publication of her short story collection Wind and Birds and Human Voices,(1984) published by Stuart Wright.

Papers of David R. Slavitt (1967-2009 [Bulk: 1970-1994], undated) documenting the life and literary career of the prolific White Plains, New York-born American writer, poet, translator, and educator at several universities, who has authored more than 100 books; consisting of manuscript typescripts, loose manuscripts transferred from the Stuart Wright Book Collection, and proofs of his works, including his novel Cold Comfort; also including several works under his pseudonym "Henry Sutton" notably a typescript of his poem The Cock Book: Or A Child's First Book of Pornography; and proofs of Vector: A Novel (1970).

The first yearbook published by the students of East Carolina Teachers College, The Tecoan, debuted in 1923. The name of the yearbook changed to the Buccaneer in 1953. The Buccaneer suspended publication from 1976-1978 and 1991-2005, finally ceasing in 2018. It was superseded by Anchors Away in 2019.

Diaries (1938-1950) of an anonymous Englishwoman written during part of her time as an Anglican missionary in Kenya and Rhodesia. The content of the journals consists primarily of the author's reflections and ideas regarding Christianity. She briefly reflects upon the events of World War II. Also included are to-do lists, logs of her time spent in prayer, and notations regarding travels, and the anniversaries, birthdays, and deaths of friends and family.

Oral history interviews conducted with people connected with the health sciences, mainly in North Carolina. They include audiocassettes, videocassettes, CDs, DVDs, and transcripts.

This collection holds menhaden fishing ledgers from 1949 to 1962 with information on how much an individual was paid each pay period plus the amount of taxes withheld, the individual's race, the number of dependents, and other information. These ledgers cover boats and workers who were part of the Beaufort By-Products Co., Inc., fleet of Menhaden fishing boats based out of Beaufort, North Carolina.

This collection contains still images of many activities that have taken place at or through the Student Recreation Center.
