Collection holds medical notebooks from various sources. Two notebooks found in the Laupus Library History Collection with no presently known provenance. One notebook is a dietetics notebook from E. Alexander at General Hospital, Patterson, New Jersey. The other notebook is Dr. Edward Beach Crowell's medical recipe book. An additional notebook was added to the collection in 2018. This notebook, purchased from Palinurus, was the business record for a Connecticut physician in the 1840s. Two more notebooks were added in 2022. They document medical products.

Papers (1942-1945) of a U.S. Naval officer, USNA Class of 1941, consisting of Battle of Vella Gulf battle reports (1943), a history of the USS Lang (DD-399), USS Lang action reports (Feb. 1942-April 1944), naval communiques relating to USS Lang (1942-1944), and after-action reports for the battles of Vella Gulf, Guadalcanal, Wewak, (New Guinea), Morotai, Leyte Gulf, Okinawa, Lingayen Gulf, and other Pacific Ocean operations in which the USS Lang participated (1942-1945)

Collection consists of publications, newsletters, and annual reports outlining the operations of the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina Univeristy.

This collection contains annual reports, correspondence, administrative files, publications, photographs from the Brody School of Medicine as well as information from Vidant Health.

Collection (1794-1951, 1971, undated) including correspondence, deeds, statements, promissory notes, will, inventories, legal papers; poems, clippings, photographs, etc. relating to the Banks and Stacey families.

Papers (1943-1995) including correspondence, photographs, a map, a phase chart, 2 poems, courts martial, etc.

The Mabel A. Grant Papers contain photographs, carte de visites, coursework, ephemera, memorabilia newspaper clippings, poetry, and a personal diary from 1918-1920.

Papers (1922-[1937]1954, undated) including business and personal correspondence, financial papers, photographs, and miscellaneous material.

The records of the Treasurer and Auditor contain records of finances and loans at East Carolina.

Collection contains newsletters produced by Joyner Library at East Carolina University.

The papers consist mainly of matriculation cards, document certifying receipt of Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Pennsylvania, and patient account book.

Papers (1785-1930) including correspondence, land records, legal materials, financial records, and miscellaneous items.

This collection contains annual reports, accredidation documents, publications, meeting minutes, and event information by the School of Art and Design.

The Robin Brabham Collection (1862-1866, 1976, undated) consists of materials from several Civil War soldiers adn civilians, including documents relating to Thomas Midgett of Croatan, North Carolina, containing an oath, a parole and safe conduct documents issued by a Union Army officer, in 1862-1864; also documents, 1863-1866, related to several Union Army soldiers, including records of Major N. H. Foster of 1st Battalion, 12th U.S. Colored Heavy Artillery; Lt. Col. H. A. Oakman of 30th Regiment U.S. Colored Troops and; also certificates of discharge by reason of death for members of Co. A., 2nd Regiment Massachusetts Volunteer Artillery.
