Biographical/historical information

Frances Johnson Harvey Mallison was born on April 28, 1945 in Greenville, North Carolina. She attended college at Mary Baldwin College in Staunton, Virginia and later earned a Masters of Library Science from East Carolina University. She married Clyde Thomas Mallison, Sr. in X, and they had two children. Frances taught school and worked for many years as a school librarian before retiring in X.
