The collection's annual reports outline the programs goals, accomplishments of students and faculty, faculty consultation work, grants awarded, and publications for each academic year included. Various annual reports also include information about the development of home economics education, nutrition management, and child development and family relations from 1942-1998.

Meeting minutes from the Human Environmental Sciences School include meetings of the Dean's Council of Chairpersons and the Human Environmental Sciences faculty and staff. Meeting minutes provide brief overviews of topics including, though not limited to: program budget, faculty appointments, graduate assistantships and scholarships awarded, academic and industry conferences, and faculty input on policy changes.
