The College of Engineering and Technology Administrative Records collection contains annual reports, faculty meeting minutes, self-studies, unit codes of operations, additional administrative files, printed materials such as brochures and flyers, and event programs.
The College of Engineering and Technology was originally founded as the Department of Industrial Arts under William McHenry in 1938. A major in Industiral Arts was first offered in 1949. The School of Technology was established in 1971 with the combined departments of Business Education and Office Administration and Industiral and Technical Education. The School would be renamed the School of Industry and Technology in 1988. The College was established in 2003 and was called the College of Technology and Computer Science. It finally became the College of Engineering and Technology in 2014.
